Developing Leaders and their Teams
In a world where the pace of change is rapid and the pressure to perform is high, high performing teams, and their leaders, must thrive on this pressure and be able to respond to the challenges they face in a positive way. We work with teams to define their strategic objectives and ensure that the key elements for successful performance are in place.
Our team development process combines individual and team coaching and reflection with high energy offsite team development events. We typically begin our team development process by understanding the individuals within the team and encourage team coaching prior to embarking on a development event with the whole team.
We use profiling tools and tailored questionnaires throughout the process to focus our attention in the right areas to ensure that everyone gets the maximum benefit from the process. Key features of our approach are:
- Facilitating effective communication between senior leaders and their teams
- Supporting under achieving and newly-formed teams to set their vision and goals and then to work to these common goals
- Using profiling tools to generate self-awareness and identify development areas for each individual as well as the team as a whole
- Agreeing and implementing targeted action plans to bring about change and achieve results.
- Follow-up 1:1 and team coaching to support ongoing change.
